Our customers - "partners" as they are referred to at Hostopia - are communication services providers, including telecommunication carriers, cable companies, Internet service providers, domain registrars, and web hosting service providers. They purchase our services on a wholesale basis and resell these services under their own brands to small- and medium-sized businesses.

By providing our partners with the applications, infrastructure, and support needed to offer web services, we save them the Research & Development - as well as capital and operating costs - typically associated with the design, development, and delivery of web services.

History

Established in 1998, Hostopia has been fulfilling the needs of service providers and their SMB customers. Registered in Delaware, Hostopia continues to be recognized by our peers as industry-leader in the world of web and email services.

Hostopia's structure has evolved substantially over the years, starting operations as a partnership, going public in November of 2006, and now as a subsidiary of Deluxe Corp. (NYSE: DLX), a transaction that took place in August of 2008.
